about me

hey stalker! I'm frankie and im 15 years old. i'm here because i take the year 10 music class at my school, and i <3 it.

I've loved music forever, starting when i took a keyboard class in kindergarten (dont ask me to play it now i've forgotten every second of it). I started playing the love squeky instrument called the clarinet in year 3 and wasn't able to force my parents to let me stop playing until year 8, and i while i still hate the mention of it, i do have to admit i am very glad i partook in it for those 6 dreadful years because it helps me so much in my music studies today, like being able to be speedy fast at naming notes.

another instrument i have and still do play is the lovely guitar. My journey with her started when i finally decided to stop pretending to play songs by plucking random strings and hop online to youtube and watch a tutorial on how to play riptide, and the rest is history. While i sometimes question whether i can really say that i play the guitar, for the reason that i mostly just play chords and sometimes venture into plucking (so far my extensive resume includes blackbird by the beatles and the Jane the virgin love theme, and now the riff in heaven is you by Joshua basset that I taught myself), i really do love playing it and would love to get some real life lessons in the future.

and lastly, there is the voice. i love to sing, although my range is not incredibe and honetly a lot of the time i sound pretty bad, sometimes i can sing nicely (i think). i get super shy singing in front of people which doesnt help, as you would probably know as if your here reading this you are either miss bergesen or someone from my music class lol.
